Laboratory Spray Dryers Manufacturer: The laboratory spray dryers is a totally self contained unit and is supplied ready for immediate operation. The laboratory spray dryers unit is compact and can be kept on a table top or bench. The solution or suspension is converted to powder in a single operation. The unit can be used to establish new products/processes as the quantity of sample required is small, only 50 to 100 ml. Principles: A peristaltic pump delivers liquid from the sample container to the fluid nozzle mounted on the drying chamber. Compressed air from the inbuilt compressor is also supplied to the nozzle, resulting in atomization of the liquid into a fine spray. Air from the blower is heated by an electrical air heater and blown through the drying chamber. Due to the large surface ;area, drying is very rapid, resulting in a sharp drop in temperature. The dry powder particles are separated from the air in the cyclone separator and collected in the glass collection bottle. The exhaust air is directed through a flexible ss hose into the atmosphere. A bag filter can be provided for secondary powder collection. Construction: the blower, electrical air heater, air compressor and the pump are placed in a stainless steel panel, with free and easy access. the air entering the panel is filtered through a fine cloth filter. the chamber and cyclone are of borosilicate glass with clamp fittings, designed for easy assembly and removal. the peristaltic pump is mounted on the front of the panel with easy accessibility. Controls: the dryer has ease of operations. The inlet air temperature is precisely controlled by the inlet temperature pid controller. The panel includes: inlet temperature controller. outlet temperature indicator. on/off switch and indicator for blower on/off switch and indicator for heater. on/off switch and indicator for air compressor. on/off switch and indicator for feed pump. pump speed control with lcd display compressed air pressure control with lcd display of air pressure. Technical Information: evaporation rate of water at inlet temperature of 250°c:- approx1500ml/hr. air inlet temperature range:- up to 250ac heater capacity:- 3 kwh. spray system:- 2 fluid nozzle. spray/hot airflow:- downward co-current/ upward counter co-current. air compressor:- inbuilt. power supply:- 230v-50hz. 15 amps. dimensions:- 700x600x450 mm (h) (w) (d) Application: The laboratory spray dryer can be used for various applications: pharmaceutical products bio-chemicals herbal extracts ceramics flavors foodstuffs tanning agents dyestuffs and pigments inorganic and organic chemicals plastics See More-
Fluid Bed Dryers Manufacturer: Leveraging on our industrial experience and robust infrastructure, we have designed fluid bed dryers that are known for single stage operation and extensively used to dry cakes from filter presses and free flowing material with bound moisture into dry powder within a few seconds without any intermediate handling. The high speed of the process and controlled temperature ensure the optimum efficiency of the process. Features: Easy to install High functionality Optimum performance Smooth operation See More-
A coating applicator is disclosed which includes a Rotary Atomizer on a driven shaft. The shaft operates at high speeds. Coating material is supplied to the Rotary Atomizer. A pair of spaced bearings rotatably mount the shaft and a seal assembly is positioned between the Rotary Atomizer and the front bearing. The seal assembly includes a bearing cover having a cutting edge. A mating cap member surrounds the shaft and has a sealing shoulder which is engaged by the cutting edge. Exhaust air is used to cool the bearings, pressure the interior of the applicator and enhance the seal assembly. The formation of sprays having the required droplet size distribution is vital to any successful spray dryer operation so that powder specifications can be met. Atomization is a high technology area where We has played a central role in the development and use of various nozzles and Rotary Atomizer in spray drying. We has mastered the manufacturing of atomizers for almost all products viz. dyestuff, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, food products, optical whiteners, ceramics, detergents, etc.. The choice of atomizer depends upon the properties of the feed and the dried product specification. In cases where more than one atomizer type is suitable, the rotary atomizer is generally preferred due to its greater flexibility and ease of operation and handling of high feed rates without need for atomizer identical arrangements handling of abrasive feeds, no blockage problems, low pressure feed system, ease of droplet size control through wheel speed adjustment, optimization of particle size of dried material
Two Fluid Nozzles Manufacturer: We export atomization by two fluid nozzles that is carried out with a rotary atomizer and a pressure nozzle or a two fluid nozzle. the system is provided with two fluid nozzles where compressed air supplies most of the energy required to atomize the feed liquid. the process is used in laboratory and small plants to produce fine powder. Features: Easy to use with minimum maintenance robust construction easy operation See More-
